Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Bather born in the past three hundred years. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Ridaro is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Ridaro was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. There was a wharf not far from home where she often wandered off to fish. She struck the Bather job and began her own company from there.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. A gifted student he started as a Cartwright, but he got bored and became a Miller. He has worked as a Miller like his mother before him.

Personality: She can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She worked as a nervous Knight and found it very stressful. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and to be a farmer again

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: The child of a Navigator, who enjoyed hunting, Nazdûg was taken on many hunting expeditions. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Dilettante. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and balancing his hectic life and new dilettante responsibilities is difficult

History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family She worked as a nervous Banker and found it very stressful. She has achieved small success as a Banker.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: Balam was born with his mother's beautiful face. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Balam has worked very hard to control his curse. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
