Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. A true patriot, Conrad would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Conrad was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. After a long history of fighting, Conrad and his spouse have recently divorced.

Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her violet eyes.

Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. She is an amazing painter.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Bellfounder arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the south. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Kadana was born on a far northern forest where she grew up under the tutelage of her mother, an expert Bricklayer. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.

Personality: Gerbo speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Gerbo liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He bought a shield and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break.

Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. She always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. In his 11th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Skirt alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: She is a woman who does what she needs to. She will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. The war was a terrible time for her, and Nora does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Nora was born with her father's beautiful face. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Nora grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Nora. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
