Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Sarai embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Sarai was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. She found a children's book about a Halfling Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Through the years after Kerkad was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Kerkad's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
