Personality: She hates Halflings with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. The occasional robbery is her preferred attention getting crime, but she mainly uses her means for meeting her own perverse desires.

History: Seraphina was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage.
