Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. History: Gifted from a young age, Joan studied abroad. Her parents enrolled her in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that she could practice her arcane talents. Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western gal figured out how to best use her charms to convince people to do what she wants. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing painting.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Aasathra was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Some 5 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Aasathra never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Skirt was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: She fancies herself a trickster and likes to rely on her wits to carry the day. She cares for her older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. She receives visions of the future at random moments

History: Manea was born the youngest of three triplets. In her 13th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

History: Born in the east to a Weaver, Gimble learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Gimble abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. While she appears to be a normal Elf, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Through the years after Enialis was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Enialis's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
