Her black hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines green.
Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. Her brief stint in the army gave her the idea she was invincible and that she is the toughest woman alive.
History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Mella was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She left for the north, certain she would find work there.
Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he is dressed in a clean pastel cloak covering his clean studded leather. His long yellow fur is drawn into a two foot long braid. His copper eyes peer out from beneath his feathered pastel hat.
Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it; and an old rival family wants him found

Description: This younger middle-aged man wears a worn and beaten armor, and a wedding ring on his left hand. He is bald on top and has large brown tufts of hair around his ears. This violet eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Hoshû grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Hoshû. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
