History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, William was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Carpenter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Carpenter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He struck the Carpenter job and began his own company from there.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of orcs may trigger it at times.
History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Wants to raise his children well.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Krimp was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Krimp decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Tabaxi artifacts is his passion; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Description: She wears baggy white pantaloons and a brown scarf, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 2'8" when asserting herself. With bright auburn hair. Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are blue.
Personality: She goes out her way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one she won't accept into her heart. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.
History: Born in the east to a Baker, Paela learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. While she appears to be a normal Halfling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Baker for hire.
Motivation: To clean up the streets; and to be a mason again

Personality: Hillanot hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her writing career. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.
History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She is stubborn though. She always likes to keep a trick up her sleeve. She likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if she feels she even has a chance of losing.
History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her father gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her father, who blamed her for driving them apart. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His auburn hair is lengthy. His skin is flawless and his amber eyes scan people very quickly.
Personality: Fivin hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. He is frequently practicing swordplay.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Fivin fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.
History: Gynk was born in the north. At a young age she loved to build and create. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.
