History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Barendd was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Barendd alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. Through the years after Kansif was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Kansif's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She became a Sellsword soon after.
