Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. She has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Smoking fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Dalaba is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. Since then, she has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Eiravel hails from a village terrorized by drow. Eiravel was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Eiravel decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

Personality: She is envious of other's things. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that she so desires. She has a small toy that she constantly fidgets with.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Ronobe grew up listening to her father's many stories. Her parents were killed by illithids in a raid when she was still a young child. The illithids captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk.

Description: A moderately attractive man, he is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. His crest is black, silky, and of moderate length. He has gleaming, smiling gold eyes.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Kriv was born the youngest of three triplets. A gifted student he started as a Interpreter, but he got bored and became a Locksmith. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Personality: She is mildly Elf supremacist, though she does not identify as such. She is a ruthless business woman, a trait she acquired from her mother.

History: Sumnes lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Marry her sister to traveling adventurers; and she wants revenge against goblins

Personality: She loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her parents enrolled her in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that she could practice her arcane talents. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Laborer for hire.

Motivation: Many dire rats want her driven away; and revenge
