Description: This man stands a little under 5'5" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His white hair is matted, messy, and big. His green eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.
History: Born in the north to a Painter, Lance learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Painter for hire.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Description: A moderately attractive woman, she is wearing a perfectly clean shirt and pair of pants. Her red hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her brown eyes.
Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. She likes to tell stories.
History: She got into the Bricklayer business at a young age. When Jelenneth reached her early adolescence her Half-Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 14 years.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. A freak accident while working with his Shepherd father left him crippled. He bought a warhammer and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears a brown costume with the symbols of luck on his torso. With a patchy blonde beard and wild blonde hair. He has a dull look in his blue eyes.
Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.
History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Nuraval was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the orcs.
Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and doesn't want to be a baker and was forced into it by his family

Description: He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. He carries with him a set of lances on his belt, each one with a sapphire on the hilt. His copper crest has been sun bleached extensively. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.
History: Gifted from a young age, Shamash studied abroad. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Shamash fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: This late middle aged woman prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for her hunting needs and is in decent physical shape. She has no hair. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Arara's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She disdains her fellow westerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her father and mother. Her father taught her the rudiments of the Spice Merchant arts, while her mother instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Tabaxi companion (her 'brother'). She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature shield.

Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears a well pressed and immaculate suit (or dress). His silver hair is greasy and uncared for. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep brown.
Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, gnolls burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying north to reunite his family. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: Revenge; and a deep hatred of gnolls

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Bricklayer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.
