Description: She is a physically imposing light-skinned woman. She wears tattered old clothes. Her blonde hair is heavily combed to the left. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: She is filled with cunning. She likes to feign weakness letting people think she is weak. Further she is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Jasmine was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. While she appears to be a normal Halfling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She's since become an addict/alcoholic.
Motivation: She has passion for adventuring and risk; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: A plain young-adult man, he is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. His hair is cut close to his head. His eyes are likewise black.
Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Mamnen was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He is frequently practicing swordplay.
History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. When Fargrim reached his early adolescence his Dwarf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Personality: He hates brigands. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Frouse alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and many brigands want him driven away

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure her.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears tight fighting clothing, which leaves very little to the imagination. His long red hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep white.
Personality: He is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. A true patriot, Astar would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Being a Ruler kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

His golden hair is thinning but still full. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.
History: He was born into a rich family. As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. His father, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect him and cast a teleportation spell that whisked him away. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother

Personality: She is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. She does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: Bimpnottin was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her mother was employed at, doing general labor. Bimpnottin abandoned her home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. She survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. She did whatever it took for her to survive. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
