Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Raiann embodies much of what other species detest in the Dragonborns. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. In her 15th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. Ugol enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Gifted from a young age, Ugol studied abroad. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
