History: She was born into a rich family. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Manea grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Manea. Personality: He is a Tanner first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Kairon was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Tanner work with an outfit from a few towns over. Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills.
