Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. A true patriot, Neega would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: Neega hails from a village terrorized by brigands. Before the accident, she was one of the most outspoken anti-Half-Elven activists. She was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Half-Elven doctor. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by brigands. Neega was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the brigands.
Motivation: A deep hatred of brigands; and many brigands want her driven away

Personality: He is mildly Tiefling supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Valafar grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Valafar. He now owns his own business.
Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Human people.
