History: Maagog lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: She is enamored with her job. She loves it. She likes the challenge and she likes helping those less fortunate than her. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. In her 12th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her father impaled in their home, and her mother beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: She is a sleazy, sleazy gal. She has no qualms about using her powers of suggestion to get people to do what she wants. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: Born to a Bounty Hunter, her father struggled to pay the bills. She always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. After a long history of fighting, Emmeline and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: Geoffrey was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: He is a mite stocky and prefers to wear white clothing when he does not wear armor. His silver hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His amber eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Borgu embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Orcs. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: Borgu lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His first spouse was a Spice Merchant, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He's also a talented Spice Merchant, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His psionic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Namfoodle fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food she seems plenty friendly. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the south.
