History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. While he appears to be a normal Dwarf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He's also a talented Fortune-teller, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: Avice hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her painting career. She does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of drow may trigger it at times.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Her parents were killed by drow in a raid when she was still a young child. The drow captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She is an amazing painter.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She inherited a moderately successful company from her mother. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Description: A moderately attractive man, he wears a black cloak and cross-gartered blue stockings. His silver crest is heavily combed to the left. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Glassblower for the past few years.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Description: This slender man stands about 4'0". He wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. His long silver hair reaches down to his waist. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Nordak fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: He got into the Stableman business at a young age. He always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Recently the stress of being a Stableman has made it difficult for him to sleep.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Volen embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Orcs. She is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: Gifted from a young age, Volen studied abroad. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She was granted arcane powers by her dying brother.
