Description: He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He carries a battered bastard sword and tarnished greataxe as well. His red fur is kept up in a ponytail inside a top hat. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines amber.
Personality: He hates illithids. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: He was raised in a desert tribe. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Dagger took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up greataxe and armor he uses now. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: He wants revenge against illithids.

Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.
History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She found a children's book about a Halfling Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature lance.
Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Crown-heir responsibilities is difficult; and she is unsatisfied with her job

Personality: She trusts no one. She is not readily capable for forgiveness and her ire never leaves her. She will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.
History: She was born in a small desert village. Trail was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Trail decided she wanted neither the life of her father nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Personality: The woman has a huge range of feeling. She will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how she will be a better person from this day on. She is a bit of a macho woman and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: A child with a great deal of music talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Tiaathque fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Lone was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Personality: He is mildly Half-Orc supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.
History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
