History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day.

Personality: She acts crazy and hedonistic. She disdains her fellow westerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed hand crossbow, just in case, and a wedding ring on her right hand. She sports a flattop hair cut. Her eyes are brown and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Quiet and reserved she prefers to listen than to talk. She will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. She is underhanded and not above using her wealth and body to get others to do her bidding.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Halfling companion (her 'brother'). She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature hand crossbow.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears silk and lounges about seductively. He keeps his red hair in a flapper bob. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are black.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. Cressel enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He saw the violence of war and the aftermath so he converted to religion and dedicated himself to non-violence.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Personality: She never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. She passes on several rewards to people in need. She makes a point to leave places better than she found them.

History: Emma lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion; and an old rival family wants her found

Personality: She is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before her hampering stammer kicks in. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: She was born in the west, but her parents moved at a very young age to the east. While she appears to be a normal Tiefling, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Through the years after Olunt was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Olunt's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
