History: Tomph hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. Tomph liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Some 9 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Tomph never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her son whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.
History: Born to a Actor, her mother struggled to pay the bills. Merla was a troubled youth. She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Merla decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Her first spouse was a Priest, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and a rival would like her out of the picture

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.
