Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. A friendly and beautiful Dwarf, she is rarely seen without a few beauties around her arms. Though a playboy in all rights, she is no lame duck.

History: Gifted from a young age, Balifra studied abroad. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She was granted divine powers by her dying sister.
