Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Soapmaker. She has achieved small success as a Soapmaker.

History: Born to a Miner, his father struggled to pay the bills. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He is obsessed with his god.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south.

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He is dressed in a clean green cloak covering his clean studded leather. His crest is cut close to his head. He has several tiny ruby earrings on each ear.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: He got into the Roofer business at a young age. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He's also a talented Bookbinder, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Roofer responsibilities is difficult; and wants to open a new tavern

His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

His red fur is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep green.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He now mingles about in high society.

History: Born in the east to a Fisher, Left-Handed learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
