Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright black and tan, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. Her blonde hair is still thick. Her skin is flawless and her amber eyes scan people very quickly.
Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She enjoys reading and quiet.
History: Gifted from a young age, Nella studied abroad. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever she goes.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her childhood dream was to be a Baker, but she was a colossal failure. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Description: This eastern woman wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized white coat. Her clothes are grease stained in places. Her hair is silver and very short. Her face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: While she is on the job, she is grim and serious. She understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. She disdains her fellow easterners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: Chenna hails from a village terrorized by drow. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Priest hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by drow. Chenna was horrified and prayed that her father was alright. However, she heard that her father had died fighting off the drow.
Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact.

Description: This southern woman's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, she slurs her words together. She wears many layers of old clothing at all times. She has no fur. She has yellow eyes.
Personality: She likes to be helpful to her clients. She likes to prescribe proper advice to her clients. She is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure she is not cheated out of a speck.
History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. Through the years after Moon was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Moon's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC.

She has a very tight haircut. Her eyes are violet.
Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Elves became a terror of the countryside. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of freemasons.
Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears many layers of old clothing at all times, and is pretty ugly. He has moderate length black hair. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: He hates illithids. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is an amazing painter.
History: Marbas was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Marbas took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up greataxe and armor he uses now. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: This man wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His scarlet crest is smooth and relatively long. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
