She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: She got into the Interpreter business at a young age. A gifted student she started as a Priest, but she got bored and became a Interpreter. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: Seebo was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Seebo fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Her partner is her best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited.
