History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Mortician they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Guard, and she later adopted a second son.

Description: The light-skinned man stands 6'3" and wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty grey coat over it. His hair is long and auburn with streaks of golden, and is pulled back with small grey clips. His beard is golden, braided, and well cared for. He has a dull look in his green eyes.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Norman fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Layabout arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has worked as a Layabout like his father before him.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic woman, Valida's first love is herself. Her second love is also herself. She loves her children and doesn't want them to worry about her. She loves to share her dancing with anyone who is interested.

History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. Her first spouse was a Bather, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Bather they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Farmer, and she later adopted a second son.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born in the west. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Dwarven companion (his 'brother'). He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He uses divination through singing.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Raer was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Theodoric is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. History: Olivia was born with her mother's beautiful face. Through the years after Olivia was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Olivia's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.
