Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Hadwisa was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He was born in the north. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He became a Tanner soon after.

History: Hethress was born the youngest of three triplets. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. She has all her life been fascinated with painting.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She worked as a nervous Butcher and found it very stressful. She became a Butcher soon after.

Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear; and she has a rivalry with the church that dominates her actions

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. His auburn hair is greasy and uncared for. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Aelar embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Through the years after Aelar was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Aelar's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. She invites people to come help in her community garden.

History: Ermina hails from a village terrorized by brigands. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. Days after completing her studies, news broke out that her hometown was attacked by brigands. Ermina was horrified and prayed that her mother was alright. However, she heard that her mother had died fighting off the brigands.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and she desires to right it.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He bought a quarterstaff and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out.

Description: She wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. She has relatively dark skin and is very physically imposing due to her abundance of muscles. Her blonde hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines violet.

Personality: She is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of her strength. She works very hard to maintain that gentleness. She never wears the same outfit twice, unless she absolutely has to.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. She has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion.
