Description: Relatively heavier built than your average man, he is not imposing. He wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized pastel coat. He sports a flattop fur cut. His green eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.
History: Serpent was born the youngest of three triplets. Serpent was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Serpent decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
Motivation: Seeks redemption; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Description: He is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing black cape and mantle trimmed with soft green waves gently in the breeze. He carries a battered warhammer and tarnished dagger as well. His blue crest is thinning but still full. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: Pijjirik hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his dancing career. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.
History: Pijjirik was born with his father's beautiful face. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Pijjirik fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Money/treasure; and he has money and likes to spend it

Personality: She is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. The war was a terrible time for her, and Quespa does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.
History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. Recently the stress of being a Blacksmith has made it difficult for her to sleep.
Motivation: She loathes her own lifestyle; and retire the richest woman in the west

Description: This slender man stands about 4'0". He is wearing a long, brown, dusty cloak. His hair is white and curly. His gray eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. A freak accident while working with his Laborer mother left him crippled. During his travels, Gilthur and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Gilthur discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Gilthur fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.
Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and revenge

Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. His cinnamon fur is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: Sun hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his painting career. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.
History: Sun was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. When Sun reached his early adolescence his Tabaxi mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Healer and was forced into it by his family.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: Norman was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was born in the south. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Locksmith hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.
