Description: She wears baggy red pantaloons and a black scarf. She carries a battered nunchaku and tarnished warhammer as well. Her red hair is braided into rings. She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.
History: Thea was born in the east. At a young age she loved to build and create. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Thea fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: 2'9" and lanky with angular features, she is an attractive figure. She is well dressed, but even with her fine clothing she looks run-down. Her hair is short and auburn. This gray eyed westerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.
History: Portia was born in the west. At a young age she loved to build and create. Her father took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and she feels kind of lost in life

Personality: She is quiet and unassuming. She ignores others and carries on with her job unassumingly. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: Morana was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Morana liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She bought a shortbow and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.
History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. In her 11th year, her parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Hillanot alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg; and wants to open a new tavern
