She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: Oren was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He feels threatened by others; and he is wracked by social anxiety

History: Mûglûk lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Bookbinder for hire.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. She will do just about anything if she becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this she is easily convinced.

History: Bryseis was born the youngest of three triplets. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: To reunite with her absent father; and doesn't want to be a architect and was forced into it by her family

History: Born in the south to a Merchant, Loopmottin learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. Like her father and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Merchant. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
