Personality: She is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, she's a very lovable idiot. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Neega was born with her father's beautiful face. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
