Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'1" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He dresses like a well dressed Detective does. His long golden hair reaches down to his waist. This gray eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: Hagren speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Hagren grew up listening to his father's many stories. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. He has worked as a Detective like his father before him.
Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: The woman speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. She seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if she got out from a pool a few moments ago. She wears a tattered pair of loose grey pants, a matching torn shirt, and a visible pair of similar condition same color briefs. Sporting a golden mohawk this woman's hair draws a lot of attention. Her amber eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: She cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with her opinion, she thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, she can get violently argumentative. She disdains her fellow southerners, claiming they make her look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She left for the south, certain she would find work there.
Motivation: Seeks redemption; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.
History: Theren was born with his mother's beautiful face. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Half-Orc activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Half-Orc doctor. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Half-Orc people.

Description: He prefers to wear red pants and tee shirts. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. His hair is cut close to his head. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: Hupe was born with his mother's beautiful face. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he wants revenge against illithids

Description: An older man who wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents, he is not a threatening figure. His hair is cut close to his head. His eyes are likewise green. His teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes goblins are coming to abduct people. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When Fibblestib reached his early adolescence his Gnome father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Fibblestib was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the goblins.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. His red hair, when down, is lengthy. He has gleaming, smiling violet eyes.
Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Conrad was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. During his travels, Conrad and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Conrad discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Conrad fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.
Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and to reunite with his old friends

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Painter. He struck the Painter job and began his own company from there.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Personality: He is fixated on the number 68. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. A true patriot, Peren would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
