History: She was born in a small desert village. Her father took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Kava fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
