He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Born to a Butcher, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Carter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
