History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Eberdeb was born on a far northern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Priest. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. As long as the job gets done she does not care how it got done.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ranala fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Revenge; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He takes great joy in being the best Fletcher in town.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Fletcher for the past few years.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Personality: She shows great sympathy to all travelers. She's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Dwarves.

History: Gillyd lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister
