History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Merchant. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Merchant hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.
