History: Born to a Interpreter, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Soapmaker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Soapmaker work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He struck the Soapmaker job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Soapmaker responsibilities is difficult.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Through the years after Liftrasa was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Liftrasa's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.
