He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Through the years after Gilkass was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Gilkass's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has never given up on her writing dream.

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Alice was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
