Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was born in the west. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: This fat eastern man has a bulbous nose and wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His red hair is cut short. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

History: Eiravel lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Dilettante work with an outfit from a few towns over. Dilettante work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has worked as a Dilettante like his mother before him.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He has all his life been fascinated with painting.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. if successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact

Personality: She is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help her friends. She considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Her father raised her in a mountain cabin. A freak accident while working with her Shoemaker mother left her crippled. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and wants a kiss

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His wide-brimmed hat is riddled with cuts and holes. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Cartwright business.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the west. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Jabbie alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and he wants revenge against gnolls

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Doctor. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Like her father and her sister before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Doctor. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and expand her business

Description: This man is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized topaz on his right hand. His brown hair has been sun bleached extensively. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out
