Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Born in the north to a Bounty Hunter, Nirgel learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. At some point he was captured by dire rats and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants revenge against dire rats; and revenge

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She has a cruel streak; something she gained from her previous mentor. She harbors resentment against her former mentor.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: She's repulsed by the PC; and to clean up the streets

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes orcs are coming to abduct people. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the north were limited. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: Many orcs want him driven away; and a strong sense of loyalty to dragonborn people

Personality: She will rave to anyone who will listen. Her philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. While she appears to be a normal Half-Orc, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and money/treasure

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.
