Personality: Skirt hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her poetry career. She is always in debt, since she spends her money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Skirt hails from a village terrorized by brigands. In her 18th year, her parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Skirt alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She was granted psionic powers by her dying sister.

Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls.
