History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Tim grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Tim. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

History: Oriel lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs

History: A powerful necromancer made her what she is. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: To be a Masseuse again; and she is unsatisfied with her job

Personality: Friendly and accommodating she would invite many more into her home than her spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Human companion (her 'brother'). She has became unsatisfied with her lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
