Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: A rival would like her out of the picture.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes orcs are coming to abduct people. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: A deep hatred of orcs; and he wants revenge against orcs

His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: Erias was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable.

He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Bertram was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: She comes from a rich western family. She found a children's book about a Tiefling Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Dragonborn, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he is wracked by social anxiety

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.
