History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature pickaxe.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She used her abilities to travel the world and help people.

Description: He wears a white cloak and cross-gartered tan stockings. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. He keeps his blonde hair in a pixie cut. He has brown eyes and a white hat with a tan feather.

Personality: He hates illithids. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: Tomi hails from a village terrorized by illithids. Tomi abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it.

History: Born in the north her family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Bricklayer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many illithids want her driven away.

He is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. His yellow fur is unkempt and raggedy. His eyes are blue and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tabaxis in the east were limited. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to find somewhere to settle down

Personality: She hates Humans with a passion. As such she is filled with self loathing. The war was a terrible time for her, and Geva does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her mother. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: She loathes her own lifestyle.

History: Hugolina was raised in a hard working conservative environment. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She tends to her Unemployed job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Avelina embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. She is kind towards other women and children and will generally offer women help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to her.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Cursed with unlife at a very young age, Avelina has worked very hard to control her curse. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
