Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact.

Personality: She is envious of other's things. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that she so desires. She is fiercely devoted to her mother, and views her mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.

History: Alain was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the north. His mother was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Gnomish conditions. He has been helping groups of widows and orphans who have fled abusive spouses or lost their families to gnolls.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. Animals are drawn to her, and she is able to talk to them.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She bought a scimitar and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

History: Balifra was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Balifra grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Balifra. She's also a talented Baker, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
