History: Born to a Shipwright, her mother struggled to pay the bills. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: She loathes her own lifestyle.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: She was born in the north. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and regain custody of her son

Personality: She has two modes she varies between. On the job she is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job she is a party animal. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.

History: Bardryn hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. She married young, but lost her spouse to dire rats. She became a Miller soon after.

History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the east. In her youth she was part of a gang. She got caught, but did not rat out her comrades and served her time in prison. Being a Sculptor kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Sculptor and was forced into it by her family.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He loves being with his children and actually smiles when they are around. He would do anything for them. He dislikes his ex a great deal.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Motivation: To unite with his sister; and he has money and likes to spend it

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Bagga grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and to reunite with his old friends

Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. He has dyed his greying auburn hair a little too much giving a sharp auburn color. His ears are large.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Apothecary born in the past three hundred years. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Apothecary. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Apothecary for hire.

Motivation: To be a Carter again.
