History: When she was but 3 years old her parents immigrated from the east. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. In her youth she was a Guard, and wanted to be a champion fighter when she grew up. She was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives she lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. She saw the brutality and swore off her fighting aspirations, taking her younger sister on her back after seeing her parents die, and fled the country. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She feels threatened by others; and she is terrified, and will act out of fear

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Quarion grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Quarion. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: Pyntle was born the youngest of three triplets. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has worked as a Crown-heir like her father before her.

History: The child of southern immigrants she idolized her mother. She has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.
