Personality: She is quiet and unassuming. She ignores others and carries on with her job unassumingly. She is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with her old comrades. She has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Neega was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Priest hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.
