History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: She is a sleazy, sleazy gal. She has no qualms about using her powers of suggestion to get people to do what she wants. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Jezean was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Unemployed work with an outfit from a few towns over. Unemployed work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: To be a Cartwright again; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

Personality: Smoking is a sociable creature first and foremost. She loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. She can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. She receives visions of the future at random moments

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Smoking was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: Prone to second guessing herself, she comes off as nervous. The war was a terrible time for her, and Left-Handed does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: Left-Handed was born with her father's beautiful face. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. By chance she met her sister recently and the two have been together since.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with dancing. He constantly tries to fill his life with dancing. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Assassin arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He is greedy.

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He uses divination through singing.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He became a Bowyer soon after.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and balancing his hectic life and new bowyer responsibilities is difficult

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Born to a Miner, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Tailor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now owns his own business.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the west. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
