Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. Being born in the south, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the south for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and an old rival family wants her found

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright brown and green, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His brown hair is greasy and uncared for. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Blacksmith arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Blacksmith work with an outfit from a few towns over. Blacksmith work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He now mingles about in high society.

He has a hunchback. He sports a flattop hair cut. His brown eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. Ar-Baruk liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: A deeply religious woman she believes everything happens for a reason. She has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.
History: A studious child she never was much for a social life, not because she was unlikable, but because she did not seek it out. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: Her religion dominates her actions; and she is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.
History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. In his 17th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: To clean up the streets; and to protect his home

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.
History: Born in the east to a Ploughman, Einkil learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. In the meantime he has taken over work as a Ploughman and occasionally as a mercenary.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Because her father participated in the massacre of their homeland, illithids burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the north, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her mother from journeying north to reunite her family. She has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Glassblower.
