Description: She wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body. She carries with her a set of flails, each one with a aquamarine on the hilt. She only wears one on her belt and the other on her back. She has slicked back auburn hair. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep violet.
Personality: She is envious of other's things. She hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that she so desires. She feeds upon the attention of others.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Agnes was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.
Motivation: She wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and she feels kind of lost in life

Beneath her sweater she keeps a concealed hammer, just in case. She has a hunchback. Her hair is always cut to a buzz. Her fierce green eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: She is fixated on the number 36. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.
History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. When the war came and ruined her parents she was left adrift. She was a hard woman then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.
Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Description: An imposing woman with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right leg, she is wearing a long, tan cloak. Sporting a white mohawk this woman's hair draws a lot of attention. Her hazel eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. She constantly seizes attention wherever she goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. She likes to think of herself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: Yebe was born in the east. At a young age she loved to build and create. Like her father and her brother before her, after school she went straight into learning to become a Fisher. She has since lost track of the people in her past.
Motivation: She will attempt to ambush and attack anyone she thinks she can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, she will try to sell them to her slave-trader contact; and to unite with her brother

History: Born to a Navigator, her father struggled to pay the bills. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. Her addictions have taken their toll on her wallet, and she has found herself with a great deal of debt owed.

Personality: She is a jovial happy person, but she is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. She is seen as merciless and passionate.
History: She was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She came across an abandoned tomb where she found a relic that called out to her. After picking it up she was cursed by a spirit.
Motivation: Expand her business; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day

History: Gifted from a young age, Rosalind studied abroad. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for her; and she feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what she was had she not made sure her armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit she wears very tight pants and wife beaters, though occasionally she sports a tan coat. Her white hair is heavily combed to the left. She has a dull look in her hazel eyes.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Ella embodies much of what other species detest in the Gnomes. She dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. Her biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: Ella was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Sorcerer, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Sorcerer in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he is dressed in earthy colors with a white and blue handkerchief worn on his right side. His hair is long and golden with streaks of red, and is pulled back with small white clips. His beard is red, braided, and well cared for. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.
Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a orcs raid, leaving Bulzo alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Being a Bather kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: Seeks redemption; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
