Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.

History: Born to a Junk Dealer, her mother struggled to pay the bills. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Junk Dealer they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Fortune-teller, and she later adopted a second daughter.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Elama was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Born in the south to a Ploughman, Roland learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone.
